- This is very good, easy and reasonably low-fat. I adapted it
- >from _The 15-Minute Vegetarian Gourmet_.

- Tangy Honey-Mustard Dressing

- 2 Tbsp mayo (I use low-fat; it works great!)
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove minced garlic
- Dash white pepper
- Few drops Tabasco

- Whisk together or blend in mini food processor. Keeps well for
- several weeks, though the garlic flavor may become to assertive for some
- (I don't mind!)
